This class is for any woman who’s feeling burnt out, overwhelmed and out of touch with themselves and looking for a practice to calm, connect inwards and practice self-care. 

 

As women, we often put others' needs before our own. Over time this can create feelings of burnout, stress, sadness and disconnection from ourselves and our truths. 

 

Through the practices of meditation, yoga and guided journaling, each class will allow you to:

 

  • calm your nervous system

  • tune into your true self

  • access your intuition and your own energy field 

 

When you begin to calm your busy mind long enough to access clarity, you’re guided easily to what your true heart desires. 

 

Moving your body through a series of yoga postures allows you to release negative emotions & thought patterns, shifting your physical energy into a more receptive state of receiving.  This gentle movement will start to improve your mood and increase your energy. 

 

From this new place of calm and ease, guided journaling will assist you in accessing your intuitive guidance providing clarity of purpose and next steps for you! 

 

Meditation & Yoga can help to:

  • receive clarity

  • access intuition

  • ease tension

  • release emotion

  • manifest your desires

  • bring attention to negative thinking patterns

  • improve your mood

Guided Journaling can help to:
