Hi I'm Laura 

Meditation facilitator, Yoga teacher and the author of  “Seek Discover Transform: A Path to Creating a Purpose-filled Life”. 

​

In my early 20s, I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. I was drawn to health and wellness, but I didn’t feel confident or clear enough to make it my career. With a Bachelor of Business degree, the next “right” step seemed to be taking over my family’s business. I was young, eager to please, and determined to be the “good daughter.” Driven by a desire to meet others’ expectations, I chose the “safe” path and silenced my inner voice. Yet, over time, I knew deep down that I wasn’t living my truth.

Feeling an inner nudge to discover my passions and create deeper fulfillment, meaning and connection in my life, I began to explore yoga, meditation, and self-inquiry. With these practices, I started peeling back the layers of worry, self-doubt, and people-pleasing that had always held me back and began to connect with my True Self. These practices offered grounding and clarity, helping me ease my anxiety, build confidence, and uncover what greater fulfillment looked like for me.

 

When my father passed away suddenly, grief pushed me deeper into self-inquiry. Through the darkness, I confronted long-held beliefs that kept me confined. The journey was challenging but transformative, allowing me to shift from living by others’ expectations to aligning with my own soul’s calling.

​

Recognizing how yoga and meditation reconnected me with my True Self & helped me embrace my authentic path, I felt deeply inspired to share these practices with others. In 2016, I became a certified yoga teacher, and by 2020, a meditation facilitator. By quieting my mind, connecting within and unlearning years of conditioning, I was finally able to create a life where I felt fulfilled, purposeful, and empowered and began taking action on and following my inner truths. 

​

​This 8-week program blends yoga, meditation, and self-inquiry to help women connect with their inner truths, release limiting patterns, and design a life of joy, alignment, and abundance. Together, we’ll turn your inner clarity into actionable steps, empowering you to live each day with greater purpose and joy, aligned with soul's path.

1. Who is this program suitable for:

Any woman who’s ready to create a positive shift and experience deeper meaning, fulfillment, joy and abundance in their life in a supportive group.  Whether you’ve been struggling with stress, overwhelm & burnout or seeking accountability to reach your goals this program is for you. 

2. Do I need to have experience with yoga or meditation before joining the 
     program?

No experience is needed- From beginner to experienced yogi, join us and start where you are. You'll be guided through all the practices of this program.

3. How is the content delivered?

Each PDF module is delivered weekly by email followed by a LIVE weekly group coaching session. 

4. Are there payment plans available

YES! We have a 3-month payment plan available. 

5. How do the group coaching calls work/when are they scheduled?

Live group coaching calls are weekly on Tuesdays from 7-8 pm. They will be recorded if you’re unable to attend the live call.

6. How do the private sessions work?How do I book them?

If you pay in full you automatically get 2 private sessions to be used within the 8-week program. Booking can be made on calendly.
